Saint Lucia River Club is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.
The course first opened for play in 1993. The course was designed by Jack Nicklaus.
In 2006 The Santa Lucia River Club at Ballantrae underwent a major renovation, personally directed by Jack Nicklaus.
This is a course with generous landing areas off the tees, but there is a standard cut of rough that you will want to avoid. The large greens are undulating, fast, and one of them is multi-tiered. There are many trees scattered throughout the course that can alter your shots. #18, a 410-yard, par 4, is the signature hole and features water on the right side of the fairway requiring an approach shot over water to a sloped green. In addition, there is a scenic view of the Saint Lucie River from off this hole.
Gold tees: 7,016 yards, 74.8, slope rating 142.
